World Strong Rubber Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998. Our company has been devoted to the research of rubber molds and rubber parts. Our company has passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 certification. In 2003, we set up Kun Shan U-Strong Plastic Company which focuses on manufacturing plastic molds and provides service for customers around Shanghai.

Our company covers an area of 13,000 square meters. There are 300 employees, including 30 technicians and 50 managerial personnel. We have 6 company service cars. A good and organized management service system is provided.

Company facilities and production capabilities
Dongguan World Strong has 11 CNC machines and Kunshan U-Strong has 3 CNC machines. The maximum manufacturing dimension is 2000*900mm. We have sparkling machines (side-discharging is available), computerized machining machines, common machining machines and spreading dust machines. We can design and manufacture compression moulds, transfer moulds, injection moulds and cold runner system moulds.

1. Various kinds of precision molds and tools of rubber rollers (compression, transfer compression, injection)
2. Various kinds of rubber molds (automotive/toys/domestic facilities/sports)
3. Various kinds of rubber molds of O-rings (molds of O-ring/air cleaner washer/compression machine gasket and loud speaker's washer)
4. Various kinds of molds of pedal pads, dustproof and bathing wares.
5. Machining for precision mechanism parts.

We have 10 professional rubber mould designing engineers, who use software of Auto-Cad, Master cam, Pore and UG. We can provide construction drawings at the first time according to customers' drawings and samples and provide the exact quotation and delivery time for customer reference. We are planning to carry out the TS/16949 and ISO14000 certifications in 2008.

Equipment
Our company has 24 sets of compression machines. The maximum production dimension is 1200*750mm, and maximum pressure is 300 metric tons. We use 50 metric tons of rubber materials every month, including nature rubber, NBR, EPDM, CR, Viton and other rubber. We also have 3 injection machines, and various test machines.
